Please note that if we feel that these terms & conditions are broken at any time, we have the right to cancel a booking at anytime.
Our Terms & Conditions for your pets stay:
Small Animals - These terms are so the animal is less distressed and will not be made ill by different food
Must be brought in suitable accommodation
Must be brought with their normal food
Must have vaccinations (depending on animal)
Doggy Services - These terms are to protect our other dogs & animals & to ensure your pet has the best possible stay!
Must be brought with their bed
Must be brought with their normal food
Must have a friendly temperment
Must have been socilised
Must be good with other animals & dogs (of all sizes)
Must be neutered (we will only accept un-neutered dogs under special circumstances)
Must have an up to date vaccination record (please bring proof of this)
We do recommend the Kennel Cough vaccination as your dog will be in contact with other dogs
Must have a 'test run' stay before staying for longer then one day (this is so we know if your doggy & our doggys get on)
